(Summer 2018) ... My podcast partner Andre Proulx went a little cuckoo-for-Cocoa-Puffs last year over Quebec wine after we attended the Saguenay Wine Festival … this year on the way back we stopped off at one of his favourites: Domaine St Jacques, just south of Montreal, for a line-up tasting and some lunch (Montreal smoked-meat, what else?) here were my impressions of the wine:
